Prospective and Cooperation has supported the Federation of EPLs’ elected officials and its partners, AFD and Caisse des Dépôts, in the drafting of a methodological guide to good practices, dedicated to EPLs who wish to engage in international cooperation projects.
At the end of the French Presidency of the European Union, in a context of war on European ground, and after an epidemic which mobilized countries on all continents, reflection on cross-border or overseas cooperation and support to the implementation of international partnerships are at the heart of the EPLs’ issues. Both an operational manual on useful devices and contacts, and a collection of good practices, this guide is enriched with numerous examples already implemented and essential information for embarking on a project.
