The Innovative Research Incubator<\/strong> is a unique initiative, set up by the association’s members and self-sponsored, aiming to address the challenges of freedom and flexibility in applied scientific research. This research receives support, with no time limits or administrative restrictions, allowing it to best meet the objectives of independence<\/strong> and general interest<\/strong>, as defined by each researcher involved in the programme.<\/h6>\n
This way, the researcher who enters into the incubator is free to set his\/her own framework. This is financed through services provided by the researcher to various\u00a0partners, which enable to draw on the amounts invoiced until these run out.<\/h6>\n
This technique currently makes it possible to finance the following works, divided into 3 main focus<\/strong>:<\/h6>\n

Incubator of ideas in the fight against malaria in Mali and South Africa<\/strong><\/p>\n

The aim is to analyse the spatial and temporal dynamics of malaria, in particular the impact of asymptomatic carriage of the parasite as a reservoir. The importance of environmental factors as well as the behaviours of people and social organisations are fundamental elements modulating the dynamics of malaria. This transdisciplinary research is carried out in collaboration with research teams from Mali (MRTC, University of Technical Sciences and Technologies of Bamako), Senegalese (UCAD and IRD Dakar) and South Africa (University of Pretoria, ISMC).<\/p>\n
