He is also responsible for a <strong>Master&#8217;s degree<\/strong> in <strong>Public Health, Societies, Developments<\/strong> (<strong>Aix Marseille University<\/strong>, distance learning), with nearly 60 students per year, and is a PhD supervisor for doctoral students from many countries (Mali , Burkina Faso, Senegal, Togo), in collaboration with local research partners.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Director of college co-operators: Marc Lescaudron&#8221; open=&#8221;true&#8221; icon=&#8221;angle-up&#8221; icon_closed=&#8221;angle-down&#8221; icon_position=&#8221;to-right&#8221;]<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1294\" src=\"http:\/\/www.prospectivecooperation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/m_lescaudron.jpg\" alt=\"m lescaudron\" width=\"160\" height=\"166\" \/><\/p>\n<p>MARC LESCAUDRON is currently <strong>evaluator and trainer<\/strong> within <em>Prospective &amp; Cooperation<\/em>. He managed <strong>capacity building programmes for local actors in Western Africa<\/strong>, <strong>in the Mediterranean and in Latin America<\/strong> during 14 years. She has also been working on <strong>addictions<\/strong> within various care structures, including one in <strong>Sfax, Tunisia<\/strong>. She was teaching this subject at the <strong>Faculty of Marseilles<\/strong>. She is now practitionner in the same field attached to the <strong>Assistance Publique-H\u00f4pitaux de Marseille in prison.\u00a0<\/strong>She practiced as a certifying doctor for requests of &#8220;<strong>sick foreigner<\/strong>&#8221; residence permit for the <strong>ARS<\/strong>. She was a skills assessment <strong>trainer<\/strong> for an <strong>audience in career transition.<\/strong> She volunteered for <strong>humanitarian associations<\/strong> in France and Nepal. She also worked in <strong>commercial companies<\/strong> as financial management and <strong>multimedia<\/strong> account manager. She is a member of the Population Environment Development Laboratory (<strong>LPED<\/strong>, Aix-Marseille University \u2013 IRD, UMR 151) that she manages (2018-2023). She <strong>teaches<\/strong> demographic analysis within the Masters of <strong>Mathematics Applied to Social Sciences<\/strong> at Aix-Marseille University as well as at the Catholic University of <strong>Madagascar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Her research mainly focuses on <strong>demographic dynamics in rural African areas<\/strong> (Tunisia, Madagascar, Benin) where access to natural resources is constrained. It analyzes changes and permanence in the <strong>demographic behavior<\/strong> of households and individuals (fertility, migration, co-residence, etc.) through the prism of <strong>gender relations<\/strong> in particular.
